ITF World Coaches Conference

I just came back from my speaking engagement at the 17th ITF world coaches conference in Port ghalib , egypt. I was impressed by the way the event was organized. It helped all the speakers having the presentation court indoors with the 3 screens and the surround sound system.
Having the screens behind the court made it a lot easier to create visuals during my presentation to talk about how start and runn a successful junior academy during my first presentation.
During my 2nd presenting I was also able to use the screen.
I always enjoy presenting the favorite drills of the players I used to work with.
The question I got asked the most frequent is: what is the most important about discovering and recognizing talent. The answer is : no fear
I will be writing an article about this and post it on my website in January.
